“Business facility adequate. Very clean room possible, since they are newly renovated. From the time you walk through the door everything looks new, the elevator, carpet, furniture, greeted with fresh fruits, and refreshing water. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, a fresh smell throughout the hotel. You will feel very comfortable and safe, plentybof free parking, eatery and shopping.”

“The staff were super nice, but the room and furnishing were quite dated. It reminded me of a cheap motel I once stayed at by accident. The breakfast area and landscaping were cute. That’s why that breakfast area is highlighted in their photos, I guess. ”

“When I arrived, I checked in and went to my room. There was NO HEAT on at all! The temperature outside was 12 degree Farenheit! So, that was the temperature inside my room! If they have a certain amount of rooms pre-booked, shouldn't they make sure the heat is turned on in those rooms. That way, the guests dont have to wait 3 hrs for the room to heat up! Also, it was difficult to regulate the heat while I slept. It got too hot and my nose was dry from the heat. So, I lowered it and it turned off...

“The Westport Inn had become a great place to visit. Great vision! ”

“Good hotel. Room was clean and large. The kitchen had a microwave, mini fridge and sink. No utensils or plates provided, just some paper cups for coffee. No dishsoap. Shampoo had a strong mint additive that burned the skin. The breakfast was a bit poor. Just prepackaged muffins or bagels with egg. Not even toast or cereal. Coffee was good.”

“I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews but my room was very clean. Hallways and public spaces were all clean and well lit. Parking with multiple entrances provides easy access but only one elevator at one end of a very long hallway. Comfortable bed and no feather pillows which I very much appreciate. Quiet surroundings and pleasant staff. ”
